{project365} - days 102 to 106

Time for a bit of a catch up!

Day 102 - 6th July - My kissy boy

Day 103 - 7th July - New eyes! Be gone you horrible sore eyes and headaches!

Day 104 - 8th July - Charlee came to spend the night, and in the morning the kids all turned Ash and Gem's bed into a cubby house. It was soooo adorable!

Day 105 - 9th July - A walk up to the park as a family, took lots of pics, but this one of Monkey Girl Chloe was my fav, just check out her face in the first pic, classic!

Day 106 - 10th July - Afternoon tea at Nanna Ma's house for Aunty Kerry's birthday. Nanna Ma made the grandkids spiders as a special treat!

 Day 107 was Eli's birthday and I think that deserves a post of it's own. Back soon with that!

Stamps for Sale!!!

I have decided to sell off some of my stamps, as I have waaaaayyyyyy too many, and just don't get time to use them all. It was a very hard decision to cull them, and which ones to cull, but with the help of some lovely friends we chose the ones to keep that were most versaitle for my style of cardmaking. So, even though I dearly love all of these stamps sets that I am now selling, I bought them because they caught my eye and gave me that "awwww, I gotta have that" feeling, I know it's now time to let go. 

All these sets are in good condition, some are used and some not. They have all been cleaned with the stampin up cleaner and mist and have been well looked after. All sets come in the original stampin up plastic storage box. A couple of the stamps that have been used may have some staining on the rubber/acrylic or wood, but it is definitely clean. 

If you would like to make a purchase, please send me an email to dannii_b@optusnet.com.au with your name, address and contact number, along with which stamps you would like to buy. I will email you a Paypal invoice. Once I have received payment through Paypal I will send your stamps within 1 business day. Postage fee is a flat rate of $7 per person, no matter how many stamp sets you buy. 

If you are local, you can pick up your stamps from me, and pay cash if you prefer. Obviously no postage fee for pick up.

A little bit about me....

Saw this on a WW blog, so thought I would have a go at it myself.

A. Age: 29. I am often one of the youngest if not the youngest in a group of friends. I think I am even the youngest grade one Mum from our school. 

B. bed size: Queen but we use a King doona as we love it overlapping the edges. 

C. Chore that you hate: Washing the dishes by hand. Blergh!

D. Dogs: We have one dog, his name is Kade and he is about 19 months old. He is a Staffy x Fox Terrier x Jack Russel.

E. Essential start to the day: My porridge, man I love my porridge!

F. Favourite colour: To tell you the truth, I don't think I really have a favourite. I just generally love colour of all sorts, especially lots of colours all mixed in together in a bunch of eye happiness!

K. Kids:I am blessed with 4 gorgeous little kidlets. A 6 yo daughter (she turns 7 in early Oct), twin 5yo daughters (they turned 5 on Sunday just gone), and a 2yo son (he turned 2 in July).

M. Mothers name: Fiona, nickname Fe, but gets called Gran by my kids. Oh and she gets called Big Honz by my cousins (long story!)

O. Overnight Hospital stays: When I was in school, I was in hospital for suspected appendicitis. But it ended up just being swollen glands in my tummy from a bad cold, or so I was told anyway.

S. Siblings: Techincally, I have no direct full blood brothers or sisters. But.... I do have 2 half brothers, a step brother, a step sister, a few foster brothers and sister but only one of them I keep in contact with still. I love them all so much still though!

U. Underwear: Mainly Bonds, or Intimo, but I do like anything pretty.

Y. Yummy food that you make: Jam drops, curry, pizza, lots more but can't think of it now as I have hungry kids calling out for that very same yummy food!

This weeks meal plan.

It's week two for our pay fortnight, which often means the following:

- we don't have much money, but also, 

- many of the meals from last weeks meal plan get carried over because we either spread the meals over two nights, or ate out or something. 

 

This week, we have a lot to carry over from last week! Thank goodness! Also, Israel isn't home much this week, so it's going to be good to have easy meals and not much shopping to do. 

Here's the plan for this week, until next pay and shopping day next tuesday. 

Tuesday - Egg, Bacon and Veggie Pie

Wednesday - Fish and Salad

Thursday - Silverside and steamed veg

Friday - Leftover Silverside in toasties

Saturday - Pumpkin and Spinach Coconut Beef Curry on rice

Sunday - Tuna Fettucini

Monday - Soup then Leftover Tuna Fettucini

 

Does anyone else meal plan like this? Where week one is a big shop, then lots of it gets carried over to week two?

Weigh in Result | 9th August

So, I was dressed, packed and almost ready to walk to my weigh in this morning. It's a 40 min walk each way, so the kids definitely have to be in the pram. I usualy put Ashca and Gemma in the pram and Eli in the Ergo on my back. 

I unfolded the pram, and saw what I really didn't want to see. A flat tyre! And, I don't have a pump yet, just don't have the spare cash at the moment to buy one. 

So then, I checked my wallet to see if I had enough cash for the bus. Nope, a couple of 5 and 10 cent pieces ain't gonna cut it. 

So, today I had to weigh in at home yet again. Which I am not too fussed about, from the end of the month I wont be going to meetings anyway. I have cut down my subscription to just online instead of online and meetings together. It's just too hard to listen through meetings with 3 kids in tow anyway. Let alone trying to get there. 

So, anyway, my at home weigh in result was:

81.9kg - a gain of another 100g. Not too bad considering the week I have had really. But I do know that if i don't pick up my act this week, next week I will most likely see the consequences of the last few weeks of crappy eating with a big gain. It's time to put a stop to this sillyness and set my eyes back on that prize of goal weight!

Just so you can see what the last few weeks have been like, here is a screen capture from my weight tracker. As you can see, since I hit the 20kg loss mark (where the little pink star with 5+ is), I have had a bit of a plataeu. On the 19th july, I was 81.7. Then the next week, I went up to 82.8 (after my weekend away with hubby), then I went down to 81.8kg, then this week is 81.9kg. Goal weight seems so far away, but the 70's are soooooooo close, I just want to be in them. I need to do this! So desperately. 

Okay, so I have had a healthy breaky, tracked it, put my runners and pedometer on and even though I can't walk today I am keeping my runners and pedometer on and going to see how well I can go with just walking around the house. I am determined to keep to my daily 29 points today. It's a mini goal for today and I WILL achieve it!
